All the email I send using outlook goes through the dreaded overactive spam filter, so if my emails contain blacklisted words (lottery is one word I know for sure is blacklisted) I get "error 550, message content rejected".
This probably stops 1 in 5 emails I try to send.
Orange tech support told me over the phone there is something wrong with the email addresses I am sending to. So how come it's only some emails?, how come I cant send an email to myself with the word lottery in it?. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told they will phone me back. After 2 weeks I am still waiting.
Please allow people to opt out of the email filtering, it's a pain to go through every word I type looking for words your system thinks are spam. I have a few perfectly innocent mails that won't send and I have no clue which words are being rejected.
