I've been having the well documented problem with Orange following an upgrade to 8mb. I've been logging all my calls to them here: http://orangesaga.blogspot.com/ in the hope that it might help if I decide to quit.
I've had enough now (no connection for a month) and would like to cancel. I'm about 6 months into my contract - can anyone give me any advice as to how to go about leaving Orange without incurring any penalty charges?
Incidently I took up their free broadband offer (with a mobile contract) and I intend to keep the phone contract, but cancel the broadband. I only pay them £5 for unlimited use (a bit of a joke considering I can't use it at all) so worst case, I assume, is I have to pay them £5/month for the next 6 months.
there is an email address of eric.abensur@orange-ftgroup.com, many people on this board have mailed him and got results, and which is what i had to do also, email this guy with your issues and wait for his reply.
