I am well aware with all the LLu problems and I blame this on LLU not being tested enough. But I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say Wanadoo/orange have been fantastic *touch wood*. But I think this is mainly because I am still on wanadoo's Ipstream 2mb service. I say thumbs up Orange but your LLU needs improving.

I had nothing but praise for Freeserve/Wannadoo/Orange 512k & 2Mbs - Rock solid and reliable... until LLU came about.
No...doesn't need improving, they just need to get it WORKING!

Same here, but I'd add that the technical problems are compounded by Orange's inadequate approach to fault management and resolution. From the other posts on the site it is clear that this is not specific to LLU technical problems.
I too was perfectly content with my Freeserve and Wanadoo dial-up and 1Mb services. No problems for about 7 years, so I had no need to put Customer Service to the test until LLU.
So, yes, LLU technical problems need to be addressed, but so do the organisational and communication problems within the company.

My 2Mb was absolutely fine till LLU fiasco.... tested enough??... hows about tested AT ALL!!
Orange...if you wish to stop customers leaving please ASK them if they want your rubbish LLU upgrade before 'upgrading' and disconnecting them.
Keep to sub 8Mb packages... something even you don't seem able to screw up....yet
