<Livebox Issues? ~ Setting livebox up to forward bit torrent ports

Hello all, i have been using bittorrent and like many have found it rather slow, so i looked up on the internet to find solutions to this, one of the solutions was to forward certain ports to your computer that your router might be blocking. I found a guide here http://forums.afterdawn.com/th...cfm/73686, however there are certain options on the livebox forwarding that i wasn't sure what to put in, the service and also the Server IP address, i was wondering if anyone could help?
