Well thankyou Orange for dumping the .freeserve.co.uk email that I have had for bloody years in space ..and have a hundred odd things registered with it.. important stuff.... software and domain names!
Ya see when I was with you as Wannadoo I got so much spam from the main email account that nobody would help with or had no suggestion for.. 100's of ' failed deliveries' that I hadn't sent.. that I had no choice but to sign up for a free anytime account..or pay as you go.. ok so you had to keep retrieving the email and I never did install the settings.... well you can't anymore cos you have nicely DUMPED A NUMBER after signin so that people have to ring you ... what I find hard to believe though is..
We cancelled Wannadoo broadband paid £27.99 for unlimited uncapped.. I was always happy with that.. did have a lot of problems with it disconnecting in the evening..when Orange too over.. but on the whole it was ok.. right so..
WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STILL TAKING OUR PAYMENTS FOR £27.99 a month when we cancelled with you in JANUARY and got the matt code and switched to Sky and you TURNED US OFF.. just noticed it still on the bank statements!

I have also had a Freeserve account for a few years ever since I bought my first computer.
I came back from holiday on Sunday to find it wasn't working, I can send but not receive,
and get error messages my password is not recognised.
Looking through these messages I see I am not the only one,I have had a few problems with the account before but it seemed to resolve it's self.
We also have a wanadoo email account that seems to be working ok on my
husbands computer.
I also got a lot of spam with the freeserve address,so I have changed to fsmail and google mail,has freeserve disappeared forever ?
