Please help me to select a compartible dect phone with live box. I recently bought one BT Synergy 4100 because of the phonebox facility but unfortunately for me, the phone doesnt work with the livebox, but it does work with standard BT line.

i lost my phone 2 weeks ago was using a dect phone with no problems then i picked it up and heard a ticking noise ive used 4 diffrent phones none of them work
Interesting, I have the cheapest DECT phone I could find (which at the time was an NTL one) connected to my livebox, and I get excellent quality on my calls (for VOIP - anyway).

Same here.
I picked up a chepie Philips DECT phone from Argos and it works a treat. I have to say I am really impressed with the Talk service and its quality. Unlike a lot of other Talk services its 24/7 and not just evenings/Weekends
I only using it for outgoing calls. I didn't want the extra confusion of giving poeple another number to phone

Exactly the same problem I am having?
I have tried my old 3 NTL DECT phones which worked fine with Vonage and also a brand new Philips CD 235 which all work fine on the BT line?
Plugged an old BT Duet 'analogue' phone (wired) into the Livebox and it works fine although very very quiet but had the same problem for ages (it is about 7 years old!!)
I have changed the filters over and still no luck?
Contacted Orange and ran through the tests with them and still the same?
Any ideas or a recommendation of a phone that is compatible with the Livebox?
I see that Thompson were supposed to be bringing a DECT phone out for the Livebox but cannot find this online?
