We've used our freeserve mail addresses for many years and it is highly inconvenient to discover that they are no longer functional for incoming or outgoing mail.
Spent too much time and money being batted between Tech and a rather hostile Customer Support just to be told that our freeserve mail addresses are no longer valid - no reason or prior notification given.
