Ok so only dealing with Orange for less than 1 month regards problems and already...
Customer Service unaware of promotional offers and dates they were running. Using dodgy demands (for a mobile and telco operator) to try and demand signed contracts for online transactions! I take it then that if I cancel all direct debits there will be no comeback because all contracts with Orange are unsigned? Time on 0870 45 minutes and counting...
Customer Service tell me that I cannot get free calls to Orange mobile on my talk contract with additional mobile contract. Wrong and fortunately the online service sorted this one out. Time on 0870 number approx 15 minutes.
Tech support have no idea what an unassigned/unobtainable 0845 number on Livebox talk is... Time on 0870 approx 15 minutes.
So 1hr 15 minutes (at least) on 3 issues. Only one resolved and not by 0870 support folk.
Why not use the 0845 number instead - it works, although the advice provided is still the same quality
If only they were so keen to offer this advice (I have the number now).... Anyway an 0800 or even geographic number is free on most packages these days. 0845 remains a poor (cheaper for Orange) relation.
Can you PM me later (as a reminder, since I may forget if all messages are marked as read) - and I will see if the one I use still works. I guessed it was slightly risky mentioning it, but I guess a lot of peeps will be aware of the saynoto0870 website and I am surprised it has suddenly stopped working
