Im now with Be. Im not sure how much it cost to call them but they have online members support. You post a ticket with your problems and they reply within 24 hours, unlike Orange, the BE staff want to help out and know what they are talking about. In the online members centre there are forums which are used by the technical support staff. You can also post problems there and the other BE users can help as well as the technical support team.

Bethere's tech and customer service is free although it can be a wait in the evenings for an answer but at least if you have to wait its not clocking up the bill at a premium rate, also you can raise tickets in the member centre which are usually dealt with quickly which they have stated in the members forum.
