<Livebox Issues? ~ Can't Connect Livebox After Enabling Visiophone

I have just found this site - a little too late I'm afraid. I have been having trouble connecting the Livebox through wireless. It was working fine through the ethernet cable. Last night I went into the router settings (by typing 192.168.1.1 into the browser) and enable something named Visiophone (or something like that) and now it's dead. It won't connect at all even through the ethernet. How can enabling Visio****** have killed my connection?
I am in Paris (and don't speak a word of French), so I hope I can get through this OK. Any advice on the possible differences would be great. I seem to actually have a new type of box because the buttons don't seem to be quite the same as in the pictures on the above link. Thanks.
Ah, thats one of the extra french services, a video phone system. When activated I believe it comandeers an ethernet port exclusively for that service. A factory reset should fix that I think, otherwise swap the ethernet to the other port, providing you don't use that for the TV service.
