Can we not change the title of the site to Orange are s**t, as I feel this represents what this companies service is all about.
Here's me thinking it was ME who had problems sending email, slow service, disconcertion problems etc, then I came across this brilliant site.
I've been arguing with this lot since around December 2006. It's like talking to a brick wall, although compared to their tech centres, you'd probably get more sense out of a brick wall.
Here's one you might not know.
I signed for a Phone for my daughter, supposed to get broadband free, I asked would there be any change of service several times as I run a business and work from home a lot, NO was their answer, yet they LIED, as everyone who has a phone tied in to their broadband, is on LOWER service as they class it as FREE.!!!
Their wireless tech etc, won't talk to you.
Anyway, got steam coming out my ears so need to go and calm down.
You should promote this site more though, as I bet there's thousands out there with the same problem.
