I've been with Pipex for over two years and they've never put a foot wrong.
Any problems have been quickly resolved by email within 24 hours, or by phoning their helpline, on which I've never been on hold for more than five minutes, even at peak times.
I've just upgraded to Pipex MAX from a 2 meg connection. I was clearly advised there would be a 10 day period where my connection would be unstable and prone to disruption, dropping connection, varying speed etc.
The 10 day period was just as they had warned, quite a few occasions where connection were dropped.
But as good as their word, when the 10 day period had ended, I was left with an ultra-quick and reliable connection.
