this is the results of a line test done on the http://speedtester.BT.com/ web site....am i right in thinking for some reason my line is capped at 135kbps?

Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 121 kbps
i'm losing my sanity talking to Orange...tried to talk to the cancelation team but they say because i wont let them do diagnostics e.g. me sitting on the phone racking up a huge bill that they arent in breach of contract and want 120 quid for me to get out of contract.
I mentioned the reason in your other thread, this just confirms it. Wait 3 days and the BT system should raise your profile back up, providing the problem doesn't reoccur.
