Spent 2 months without broadband after they cancelled my account by their mistake - without any notification to me at all. Had 5 hours on 0870, about 8 line tests, 4 phone calls saying my line would now work, 1 formal complaint, endless patronisation, little understanding and when I finally lose it and cancel my contract, they want to charge me for the privelege...
Now I've had a letter with the words 'and thats not something either of us want to see happen.' included in their request for return of my livebox..! It is absolutely unbelievable!!
How can you treat people with such little respect? And how exactly do I complain? The couldn't care less team won't even put me through to a supervisor and letters get no acknowledgement at all!!
