Send an email to eric.abensur@orange-ftgroup.com stating your problems with Orange. I did and 3 days later I recieved a phone call saying that they would end my contract without fees. I still had 8 months left in the contract to run. My line gets the tag removed on 25th June, then im off to BE*.
