*DON'T upgrade your package to 8 Mbps!!!

(you'll be locked into a 12 month contract with no protection under the consumer protection act for distance selling)!!!!

If you are having problems, just leave...

Any company whose terms and conditions require you to relinquish your consumer protection (distance selling) 2000 rights is underhand and unworthy of your money. See term 17.1 of their contract...
