Yeh it sucks. I'm moving from BT Option 3 (40gb advertised, but then upgraded to unlimited under a fair usage policy (ie, more than 40gb, from what people have told me its around 300gb)) so the downgrade is a bit of a bummer. But then, most broadband providers at this price are at the 40gb mark.
I think its wrong of them to advertise Unlimited under fair usage policy when other providers state 40gb limit (ie, recognising it as a limit) and those others that do provide unlimited with fair usage is leagues above in the limit.
