Never moaned about a comapny before, but left Orange Mobile a few months ago cos their service was pants!! how gutted was i to find Wanadoo was transfering to them:
Never had major probs with Wanadoo, but now its Orange wot a load of time wasted from waiting for screen to change and mostly end up with an Error Msg pop up...!!
I use several places and pc's to log into my account and search the internet. ALL places have some problems ONLY with Orange..
trying to open HOME screen to log In and search ..
1)I either get a message saying an error has occured
2)or it takes for ever and a day to get the Log In part of the screen up. WHY ONLY HALF A SCREEN then system error AGAIN???
3) I thought TAB was a short cut to move ur cursor to the next part of a form/screen log in.. Someone tell Orange that I dont want to TAB to another part of the screen for no feking reason.. I WANNA LOG IN!!!
Not happy. Not worth calling them as I know that the standard of service will be pants based on passed experience.. wont give them the benifit of TRYING to rectify it, I'll just leave when contract up..
is it just me??
