my Orange service was down over 5 weeks. The help line just cost me a fortune. They thretened me with blocking my line and coming to my home to reposes my goods (hope they take my dead box) they gave me 2 months free and won't cancel my contract. I encourage anybody with serious problems to go to wath on Dearn south yorkshire and give them hell !!. Todays survey on TV puts Orange at the bottom of ISP chart how supprising !!.

what you let them win!!!!
i wount of settled for anyting less than a refund and canceled contract, over a month with out internet, they wount of had a leg to stand on in court and they only threatend to take your things away to scare you!
seem like it worked as you gave in!
