this is really starting to annoy me now, here's the problem:
Upgraded to livebox (from speedtouch) and all was well, for about a week..
the internet will just switch off, no warning, nothing. and after a few minutes will come bak on.
it happens at random times, sometimes 15 times an hour(?) other times it lasts a few hours.
Please help me out, i throw myself at the mercy and pity of this forum
Constant disconnections have been a common problem, run a search of this site but here's one answer I found :-

Have now been advised by tech support that it must be either power supply or the livebox itself at fault. They are supposed to be sending me a new one to see if that cures it so i'll keep you posted.
If you're seeing 15 an hour then this could be the problem.
It depends what the lights on the box do and that the configuration pages show when you can't get access. To be honest it's unlikely to be the power supply in most cases.
