Having not had any Broadband connection since 3rd of Feb when I was upgraded to 8mb and had little or no assistance from the whole range of Wanadoo employees (I've spoken to most of them over the period), I am going to switch ISPs. Has anyone had probelms doing this since the lines were unbundled. BT told me that I may still have a service problem even if I switch depending on the real fault that Wanadoo cannot seem to identify
Sounds exactly like the problem I had - I had no connection for almost two months but have just got reconnected at 8meg after contacting the ISPA to complain.
Have a read of my posts in "6 weeks no connection" for further details but I think contacting the ISPA is the key as it seems to kick them in to action!
