On the 1st May my Broadband connection suddenly disconnected, after telephoning Orange I was told my broadband speed was being upgraded and this would take 2 days. Anyway not to bore you with all the details (ie. factory resets, line tests, ring back in 24 hours) I was put on dial up whilst the problem was being resolved. Last week I was contacted by an Orange representative who said my speed was being reduced to the original 1mg and would take 2 days - 9 days have now passed and I still have no broadband connection. As I want to change to a different ISP I am a bit confused with my connection at the moment being dial up can I still get a MAC code or do I just cancel my account with Orange.
