We took up the Orange offer of broadband with free international phone calls.
The ONLY reason we took this up was because of the free phone calls as our previous supplier was perfect in all other respects.
It's been over two months now and we still do not have the free phone calls. We got the standard run around form customer service. I consider almost all the things they told use were lies to get us to end our call
We have told Orange they are in breach of contract. By letter via recorded delivery. We have emailed the MD of France Telecom. We have made a complaint to the ISPA all without success. We are on the second complain to the ISPA
Our experiense has caused several of our friends abandon the idea of moving to Orange.
I'll keep this short as I just spent over an hour on line dealing with this problem.
