I've been trying to help a friend set up the free broadband startup kit. It comes with a SpeedTouch modem. The shortcut that is automatically setup has a set of switches and a string "Orange Broadband" at the end of the call to the Speedtouch software, but this fails with a message saying (""+Orange Broadband+"") not recognised.

Any ideas?

Go to the Orange help pages and try going through kb311, just stick that in the search box. See if it helps.
