I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for me. My broadband has been dwon for 2.5 weeks now with no clue, suprisingly, from Orange as to when it will be up and running again. Previously it has been down for just over 6 weeks and then it was only litlerally after I said I had got in contact with Ofcom that anything appeared to happen.
I'm being dealt with by the escalations department, but they provide absoultely no better service than any other of the phone operators. They've even patronisngly said that I'm "now one of their priority customers", I know there's no such thing and don't appreciate such idiotic claims. I feel that I have little power to really complain since my actual Broadband cost is free, but I am paying a moble talkplan of over £40 a month, plus additional calls so its not like they're providing it completely for free.
