Anyone else got a mail telling them their payment is late and are being charged £5 for the pleasure??
I did and today called them yet again. Seems they have upgraded their systems and have "lost" my visa details so of course my payment wasn't recieved and I got a £5 charge. Little Miss Stroppy told me that seeing as I have had a new Visa card it's all my fault. Actually I have not had a new card....since 2004 infact my card has been the same. I spoke to the Manager who appologised for Little Miss Stroppy and will refund the £5.
I have called Orange everytime my service has gone missing and it would seem none of those calls have ever been logged except for the last 2 months. As we all know the service goes missing at least twice a month and that is me being generous, we all know its probably more often. I am sick and tired of talking to someone in India reading from their script, I am sick of being patronised by their staff who quite frankly need a week at charm school and I sick and tired of Orange full stop. So when I told the Manager all this too he has given me 2 months free of charge for my inconvenience!
Whooo hoooooo....lets see if it actually happens eh!
