You guys suffering may also want to try to the above programme. Quite a lot of viewers on there. Their email addy is
working <dot> lunch HAT beebeecee dot coe dot you kay
There has to be a story you can cover re the way Orange are treating
their broadband customers
You may be better off telling them about your experience, and pointing to this website to support your point. They also like a daytime contact number
On Friday they do a theme where you can mail in for advice, and they have in the past covered "technology" and "Broadband". They also do a thing called "Grill Gillian" (where they put consumer posers to Gillian), so you could put your lack of service issues to her. If it gets just one mention then more people start to say "me too", then it will be more bad press for Orange
working lunch is a good one to get in contact with.
another one to try is MoneyBox - they do a lot of consumer driven news stories. and they have a good slot on Saturday morning, 12 midday to 1 o clock, right before "Any Questions" usually, so its a good one to get exposure on.
With all this negative press about Orange, both on radio and on TV, has anyone notice the sheer amount of advertising Orange is pushing?
The other day I saw a brand new TV advert. Is this their way of tackling problems? Forget addressing them, we'll just keep advertising for unsuspecting novices to sign up...Beggars belief.
Anyhow, I've just sent the working lunch an email. The more people know about Orange, the better, I've long given up on Orange addressing problems, I just want to stop the unknowing public from giving Orange money they clearly don't deserve.

Exactly what I've said before, big global companies do not address problems, they just keep telling the consumers how good they are and eventually enough of the consumers believe it and keep buying the product.
It's called modern marketing techniques.
We are on to a loser, the only way out is change to a smaller ISP.
