i got a letter saying they have suspended my account on 27th of april and close my account today 4th of may. How come i can still use the Internet. Does it take time or they just saying that to threaten me?
Technically it takes a while when an account is closed for the broadband to be physically removed, upto 10 working days to fully complete. If it's really closed then you'll no longer be able to log in, however you'll be able to maintain an already established connection until it has to log in again. It can take upto 24 hours for changes to fully pass through the system as well.
This happened to me about two weeks ago - the account was due to be cancelled on the 4th May, and it took about two weeks before I could no longer log in. So your account *will* die in some days...
