I've just about had it. as a former Freeserve then Wanadoo customer who was very rarely unhappy with either, I have nothing positive to say about Orange.
Having experienced the misery of LLU and 'upgrade' to 8Mb (now running at 4Mb sometimes) where there was a complete screw up at my local exchange which they never acknowledged but miraculously fixed itself after 3 weeks or so of less than dialup BW. Then the expperience of the email servers that didn't work for more than 10 minutes at a stretch I thought everything had settled down.
NOW and for about the last month my line rarely stays active for more than a few minutes before being dropped and then takes an age to reconnect. Sometimes I have several hours of no service at all.
It has proven to be an absolutely pointless exercise contacting 'customer support', I don't think they know what a customer is. Role on a new ISP from tomorrow.
