The are refusing to give me my MAC key, once when i actually got it it was completely wrong, it didnt even folow the right format, it looked like some1 just sent a load of tud to shut me up.. now i cannot quit, EVER, unless i move house and change my debit card, tehn theyl prolly send debt collectors.
btw, the only reason watchdog havn't investigated aol and wanadoo is because theyr both big companies, weatchdog dont care if a big company does anything wrong unless it is a health risk. they probably get bribes

What reason are they giving for refusing to give you a MAC?
Did the MAC they sent you look like LLU123456 ? If so, yes most systems don't recognize it as valid. However, some ISPs can still use it to transfer you away from Wanadoo/Orange.
