Having sorted out my problems ,I wont bore you My problem now is that i have this phone package so you can make calls over the internet Ha HA.YES i can make calls okay ,the trouble is that the person on the other end of the line sounds like they are under water, all sort of garbled.Orange sent me a new connection for the box but its still the same..Anyone out there with an answer to this.Have tried changing filters and phones still no joy..Please....
I have had no problems with download speed as i was already on 8mg since i was with wanadoo,the only probs i had was when i got this new box to use the internet phone with .Sorted that out. As i download movies i would have noticed any drop in speed ,its a little bit slow now and again connecting to sites but no different to what i had before i plugged this box in .Its just the garbled sound that is giving me problems..Orange dont seem to have a clue.. I am wondering if i have to pay for something that does not do what it says on the packet ..Their selling feature was that i would not know the difference from a landline..The trouble is i dont know many fish.
Tried hanging up and ringing back., no joy Still garbled.I wonder how they can do this and get away with it.Are there any laws against this sort of rubbish service.
