Hi All,
I have had an @orange email address from when they first started.
A week ago it stopped working (may have been 'cos the phone number it was registered to/with hadn't been used for some time but has now been re-activated).
Now I can't get it re-activated; I emailed the help desk 2 days ago (no reply); I phoned their 50p/min helpline yesterday (no, sorry, nothing I can do, you will need to email the help desk).
Today, still nothing.
What sort of a service do they think they are running ?
