Hallo, I need some advice regarding cancellation fees (as I am leaving Orange), I have requested a MAC code from Orane and have been told that there is a cancellation fee of £17.99...any advice on whether I have to pay or not, and if not, how to tell Orange so? Thank you in advance.

Unless you have some specific reason why you wouldn't need to pay the fee then you'll probably end up having to pay it.
