For the last couple of days I have been losing the connection to my Livebox: the @ light is flashing slowly, the phone light is off and the pairing light is stays on.
When this happens, I lose my internet connection and the phone connection.
I have tried turning the Livebox off and on again. This fixes the problem for a few hours, but overnight the problem re-occurs (@ light flashes, phone light off, pairing light on).
I'm putting off ringing Tech Support as they have not been all that helpful in the past.

It sounds like the very start of my problems, and eventually I just gave up with them. Technical support were no help. Half the time they claimed their own systems were down and they couldn't help me.
In the end up I just bailed out. It seems to be the only productive way to deal with Orange.
Hope you have better luck with them, but I suspect this is only the beginning of your troubles.

When this happens try putting "192.168.1.1" into the address bar in internet explorer. What does the status come back as? I suspect it'll say PPP Server Down, some form of intermittant PPP problem.
If so just check everything's connected up ok but after that you'll need to phone tech if it keeps going.
