Finally after months and months I have got someone in the Orange Customer services (Rotherham) to admit that the problem I have had for 6 months is not going away and will never go away. After telling them that they have breached contract since 1 March 07 they have offered me a refund of the service snce then of £56.56.
I had to speak to tech support 3 times and advise them of the contract they had bound me in and what part they have in it. Also mentioning ISPA and OFCOM had an affect.
Thankyou Inklin. Ill still be coming back to the forum to see if anyone else gets sorted so i wont be a stranger in here.
Maybe you should give them a call and get your monthly payments back.
