Hello to all, just found this site, wonderful to know I'm not alone.
Same probs as most of you but not so bad as some. Was ok untill I upgraded to 2meg, had constant disconnections since then always during the evening.
I've been given the runaround from Orange ever since, I wonder if they would wake up if we all cancelled our payments on mass at the same time ?
Hi, I am in the same position as everyone else. My exchange changed to LLU at the beginning of april and now my connection is ruined! I was with wannadoo and have been with them for many years. I did the usual phoning with identical results to everyone else. Then I sent a letter saying I was referring them to all sorts of places. Anyway now I receive weekly phone calls from very nice people from Orange who ask how its going and then just cant help. Now they have cancelled my direct debit for a month and have given me a MAC code. So I can choose what to do. Sadly they dont appear to be able to help at all even if they want to.
