I was told much the same today by tech support. Once I got chatting to the guy he intimated that they didn't know when or IF they would get their connnection speeds sorted. Got a one month credit on my account as well; cutomer services told me that if the slow connection 'continued' I could ring up next month for a free month again, I mentioned that actually I wanted a faster connection and I was willing to pay, no reply from her!
