I have made 4 telephone calls to Wanadoo today asking the simple question When will you be offering adsl max ?

I had "we offer a max service" , but my exchange is not LLu'd yet, I mean BT max..........."ask BT to put you on"

"What is BT Max !"

"Don't know what you are talking about"

"We will offer it when your exchange is enabled", no thats LLU , I'm taking about BT max, "yes thats right, when your exchange is enabled"

Is it me or am I asking the wrong question.

"Summer" is the only answer you'll get at the moment. Plus theres the matter of the BT mass migration tool being broken, no idea if that's fixed yet so part of the delay could be down to BT. You never know, they could have been going to launch ADSL Max last week but didn't because of that.

Yes, I agree.
But what has got to me is the lack of knowledge about BT Max. I cannot be the only customer asking about it.

Oh you're not but it depends who you ask.

The more technical the department the more likely they are to know but it all comes down to who's been keeping up with all this stuff.

I was told, via email, in April

"Plans are underway to upgrade our services to BTs IPStream Max, however,
we cannot release any details until closer to the time."
