Hi all

i'm new to this site - actually i came across it this morning.

i'm an Orange Anytime customer looking to up-grade to BB Starter. I'd convinced myself that i'd try the service even after reading some not very good reviews on other web-sites. My head was turned by the 30 day trial period.

But after reading comments on this site, i can't go through with it. I'll be cancelling BB with them right after posting this message!

I can do without the aggro and hassle. I hear the technical helpdesk are next to useless and i'm not techically minded myself - so it'll be a case of the blind leading the blind.

I'll take my business elsewhere.

Thanks to everyone who posted their comments and experiences on the threads - i think it's just stopped me making the worst decision in my life. Laughing
