I suspect this has been posted before but I'm new to the forum so apols if so.

I've tried to change the voicemail greetings as per the menu options. Whatever I record is not stored and when using the 0845 number the standard message is still played.

I've tried to report this through the customer services route - what a joke that 'service' is. Eventually I got a response to say they don't support voicemail greetings!!!
