I registered/published a webiste with freeserve sometime ago and now need to remove this site. However, when I log into the Orange site builder homepage with my details it shows an Empty Site List.
Has anyone experinced this type of problem?
Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?
When I moved to using the Livebox the ability to access the freeserve site was available for approx 4 weeks and then it just stopped working.
I also created a site using site builder and my FTP cannot access it any more (Front Page FTP).
This was all working fine untill approx 4 weeks after I moved to the Livebox (broadband).
To get round the problem I now have to disconect the live box and use a dialup connection which seems to work every time.
I think this is Orange's way of ripping us off by getting us to use another pay system.
After all it is their servers we are trying to access and using their network so why are they stopping us livebox (broadband) users from getting access?
