If one has been signed up for over a year, is there still a requirement to complete a year's contract; if so, how do you know when the annual time is up?
I would have thought it would be difficult for them to take legal action if they are not providing the service for whch they are contracted. If I were to leave, I'd consider threatening to counter-sue on these grounds.
