We all seem to be having similar problems.
Orange are ignoring all of us.
Discussing the problems here is therapeutic but not very effective in getting Orange to sort the situation.
I suggest everyone who reads this emails/writes to one newspaper and explains the problem and asks them to look at this site.
If that doesn't put a boot up Orange's backside nothing will.
Shareholders HATE bad press - it affects the share price.
Don't wimp about, TAKE ACTION (comrades!)

Well nothing else seems to be effective - if you google France Telecom it's clear that Orange Uk is neither here nor there as far as they are concerned
