Three weeks ago got the dreaded free upgrade which basically screwed up my line. Therefore after all the bull s**t from Orange regarding my computer problem (rooter) etc decided to leave.
Demanded my MAC code and received it five days later. Therefore immediately signed up for another isp.
seven days later today the process is finally over successfully migrated to BT (I know a little dearer but better than the service I was getting) the process is finally over.
The speed I am getting far out ways what I was receiving
My advice to everybody still with Orange, get out when you can and send the company under. They do not deserve loyal customers ex freeserve ex wanadoo.
