Thursday early morning I blew my top and feel sorry for the recipient on the other end of phone. I mentioned I would go to Tesco broadband unless something was done. I was given another phone number number (08702202002)
I explained the situation. I got so much help from a chap called

Andrew fixed the problem in less than 5 mins
And said he would be reporting my case.
Hopefully all is well now I have a laptop and my main computer working wireless
and strong signal.
I am back at last after a week being mucked around by Orange. Trying to connect to broadband and livebox.
i twas my pleasur to help but the problem is now you have gave out my ext number i am over run by callers this is causing me massive problems as i can not talk to all who request to speak to me
as from monday i will be only ablt ot tlak to people that have followed the right protocol to get to me
