I've a major spam problem. Getting dozens a day being returned undeliverable looking as though they're from my user. (they're not-machine covered with anti everything in terms of virus,spyware firewall etc). Investigation seems to show either a contact's machine infected or a spammer happened upon my valid email address which they're abusing. Trying to find out where they're originationg. Tried to contact wanadoo to report abuse but keeps window keeps popping up asking for username and password. Have tried both of them the one pre and post broadband. Just keeps popping back up. No way past it and no explanation. I don't want to have to write to head office. Can anyone help how I can contact them by email not via the site?? ( a solution to my spam problem would be even better!!)

Which includes a link to change the password online.
The only time a password is needed is for logging into the member centre checking email online, using Outlook Express for the first time and setting up a modem.
If you get a pop up asking you to to enter your password at any other time it would sugest you might have tricked into giving your email adddress to spamers.
Please can post full link to the website address that causes the pop up so i can look into it.
