I have put a number of words into my "Words in blocked list" on the "Block a Word" page of the Orange Web Mail.
I wish to remove one of these words (wrong word was entered) and I have tried doing so numerious times over the past few weeks by highliting the specific word and pressing the "delete" button on to the lower right of the list. I always get the following message on screen and the word remains in my list.

The service may be temporarily unavailable, so please try again later.
Or, your message may have been blocked because it has similar characteristics to a known virus.

Does anybody know whether there are any other ways of removing a word from the "Blocked Words" list.
