I phoned BT this morning and to my great joy my line has been cleared!!!! I have now signed up with Fast and should be connected again next week at the latest. There is hope out there for everyone and I would strongly advise getting out of Orange quick. I wanted to thank all the advice I got from people on this forum which helped me make the decision not to wait any longer for this shower of poo to get their act together and to leave!!!
