Does anyone know if your monthly bandwidth is reset at the start of each month, or on the date you are billed?

I think its the date your billed but I'm not 100% sure.

I'm on the old 2GB capped £17.99/mo package and despite a few months of going way over 2GB (downloading Ubuntu, Game demos etc) have never been contacted by Orange.
