Hi,
Basically so upset with Orange. The service is rubbish, the customer service is poor and i am getting a speed of only 54kbs on a line thats supposed to be 2mb. I had no Orange at all for 5 days and was promised a £19.99 credit to my account which I never got!! And I am not getting what I paid for!! As far as I am concened Orange are thieves. They take the money and dont offer the service you pay for!!! If we stole something from an Orange shop we would be prosecuted!! so why cant we prosecute them as they are not offering a service at all!! I feel you get knowhere with this company and only wished i had stayed with Homechoice (now part of Tiscali) which offered me a superb service at a lower cost!!!!
